Customer Service Representative

$20/ hour + commission

Description

Clae Goldman Team is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate customer service representative to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on energy solutions, helping customers make informed decisions, and promoting our community solar and third-party energy solutions. Responsibilities

Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners
Educate customers on our energy savings and community solar programs
Answer questions about eligibility, benefits, and enrollment steps
Qualify prospects and complete enrollments in person
Accurately collect and submit customer information using our CRM system
Follow up when needed to finalize enrollments
Provide a positive, professional customer experience in the field
Attend team trainings and performance meetings
Work toward daily and weekly enrollment goals

Qualifications

Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly desired
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
Educational Background: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into
client databases desired
Organizational Skills: You are an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals

Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
